We serve a wide range of international student-athletes at any level of competition: from incoming high school freshmen to junior college athletes, starting at age 16 and up. Our goal is to ensure that our student-athletes maximize their opportunities to participate in collegiate athletics and find an American school that suits them perfectly, both academically and athletically.  Our consistent success in meeting these goals is why so many  families choose UStudy to find the best placement in terms of academics and athletics for their children, and to guide them through the maze of the collegiate recruiting process.

Our staff consists of trained professionals who provide the student-athlete with college options, recruiting information, and financial aid opportunities. We serve as  mentor to student-athletes and their families by maintaining constant communication and working one-on-one with them throughout the college search and placement process.

Besides our administrative staff at the Netherlands office, clients will most directly communicate with our Educational Advisor and Coaches Liaison Marina Meijer LLM, MPA (University of Groningen and Texas, Austin). They will get a very personalized approach to the recruiting process. Meijer's network of NCAA DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, and junior colleges is very extensive and her understanding of NCAA rules and academic requirements is invaluable. Clients also work with our American text specialist Heather Doyle  (Syracuse University) on perfecting their paperwork for applying to college e.g. essays, resumes, transcripts...
